Dr. ADEBIYI, Mueezdeen Ajibade
Personal Statement
Dr. Mueezdeen Ajibade ADEBIYI is a Doctor of Islamic Studies in the Department of Religious Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Lagos. He bagged his PhD in Islamic Studies from Lagos State University and has published over 10 research papers on Hajj Management and other related areas of Islamic Jurisprudence with contemporary issues. His current research focuses but is not limited to the Hajj Administration and Management in Nigeria: History, Challenges and Prospects. His research interests cover other areas of Islamic Jurisprudence, Shari’ah, etc. He is an alumnus of Lagos Harmattan School of International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), Southwest Nigeria, West Africa. He is also a facilitator for Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) Missionary Institute (NMI) Da’wah Training Department and a Volunteer for Islamic Education Trust (IET), Da’wah Institute of Nigeria (DIN), Southwest Office.
